Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Grégory Le Du kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Grégory Le Du got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 8 played minutes Maclamod got a freekick which was hit by Olivier Hanin. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Valérien Bibard got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Grégory Le Du came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Fontain fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grégory Le Du couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Valérien Bibard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fontain's supporters rose to their feet, but Valérien Bibard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joffrey Journet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charlie Berthelon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Evan Edon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valérien Bibard hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Grégory Le Du's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joffrey Journet was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Clement Vesin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grégory Le Du recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Grégory Le Du had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joffrey Journet. Maclamod's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grégory Le Du was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Joffrey Journet was a little too slow when Grégory Le Du got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-0. 46 minutes into the match, Fontain's Grégory Le Du sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joffrey Journet narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charlie Berthelon made a kick off. Evan Edon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charlie Berthelon's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Joffrey Journet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grégory Le Du in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Valérien Bibard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fontain's supporters rose to their feet, but Valérien Bibard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joffrey Journet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Maclamod's zone, Grégory Le Du stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joffrey Journet came out of the goal and Grégory Le Du tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valérien Bibard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joffrey Journet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Grégory Le Du's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joffrey Journet was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 75th minute Grégory Le Du shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joffrey Journet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evan Edon was a little too slow when Yannick Margot got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 3-1. Evan Edon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Berthelon, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Cyprien Vimont took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joffrey Journet. Maclamod's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Olivier Hanin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Grégory Le Du fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joffrey Journet having to interfere. Valérien Bibard struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Joffrey Journet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fontain. Fontain's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
