In the 12thth minute of the game Côme Collet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morey's Pierre-Olivier Ballot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Su Xiang Lin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pierre-Olivier Ballot. 20 minutes into the game, Jean-Marc Cotte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mans the free kick. A collision led to Morey getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Pierre-Olivier Ballot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The Mans fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Mans's Su Xiang Lin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Morey defense, Eusébio Cosme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pierre-Olivier Ballot. The Morey fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pierre-Olivier Ballot should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Su Xiang Lin sped through Morey's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pierre-Olivier Ballot. Pierre-Olivier Ballot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Côme Collet went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Mans's Su Xiang Lin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pierre-Olivier Ballot. That made the score 0-10 after 80 minutes of play. Mans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Bourlier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Su Xiang Lin scored 0-12 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierre-Olivier Ballot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pierre-Olivier Ballot came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Mans's Su Xiang Lin. But to his dismay, Su Xiang Lin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. When the final whistle sounded Mans left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Morey.
