If Loïc Curt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Armand Mondon made a precise shot to the right of Martial Quilichini. Sigaloux's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Martial Quilichini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armand Mondon's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When Yoann Francheteau fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sigaloux's protests and gave Yoann Francheteau a yellow card for diving instead. During the 24th minute of the match Yoann Francheteau completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yoann Francheteau a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Sigaloux getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Yoann Francheteau hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Sigaloux defense, Loïc Curt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martial Quilichini. The Sigaloux fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martial Quilichini should have stopped the shot. Hercule Basque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Martial Quilichini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armand Mondon, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Sigaloux's goal looked a bit too open when Hercule Basque came free, but Martial Quilichini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martial Quilichini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loïc Curt in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Loïc Curt notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sigaloux's Martial Quilichini. Martial Quilichini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armand Mondon in the 42nd minute of play forced Sigaloux's goalkeeper Martial Quilichini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martial Quilichini came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Perthes United's Loïc Curt. But to his dismay, Loïc Curt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sigaloux's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Hercule Basque scored to the left of an out of position Martial Quilichini, making the score, 0-9. Martial Quilichini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hercule Basque in the 61st minute of the match. Sigaloux's Martial Quilichini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Sigaloux from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Hercule Basque ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martial Quilichini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Hercule Basque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martial Quilichini was a little too slow when Hercule Basque got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-12. Joe Thetiot scored 0-13 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martial Quilichini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sigaloux's Martial Quilichini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loïc Curt in the 81st minute of play. Martial Quilichini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hercule Basque in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Perthes United's Loïc Curt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Martial Quilichini. Martial Quilichini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-14. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sigaloux's goalkeeper Martial Quilichini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Loïc Curt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martial Quilichini, 0-15. In the 94th minute Hercule Basque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martial Quilichini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sigaloux's Martial Quilichini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Sigaloux from getting a goal against them. In the 97th minute, Armand Mondon made a precise shot to the right of Martial Quilichini. Sigaloux's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-16. When the match was over Perthes United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sigaloux throughout the match.
