The Triez fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Triez's Brayden Bonnison looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kazimierz Buczak got free with Batiste Carbon in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos's Jérémy Bacher got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mathys Turban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justin Geiger, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Santos's goal looked a bit too open when Brayden Bonnison came free, but Mathys Turban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brayden Bonnison got free with Mathys Turban in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teófilo Leitão was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Santos got a freekick which was hit by Teófilo Leitão. Mathys Turban was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Justin Geiger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 60 minute of play. Batiste Carbon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jérémy Bacher, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Santos's Mathys Turban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Santos from getting a goal against them. After 91 played minutes Santos got a freekick which was hit by Ben Le Mestre. With a little luck, Santos's Mathys Turban got control of the ball when Grégoire Montaigne tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute of the match Triez got a corner. Santos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Henri Mayet ran over to the corner to take the kick. Triez's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
