Spectators: 8036 (Terracing: 6028, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sorin úr Hørg took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Jens Heri Dam came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hunslet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens Heri Dam couldn't finish the play. Hunslet's Sigurd Jónsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sorin úr Hørg in the 8th minute of play. Jens Heri Dam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Seasteading For Freedom getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Óli Martin Joensen hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jens Heri Dam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunslet's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Heri Dam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herbert Matras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herbert Matras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronnie Anghel in the 30th minute of play. Ronnie Anghel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Matras having to interfere. Herbert Matras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Heri Dam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Seasteading For Freedom's Fróði Olsen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jónleif Djurhuus was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Torkil av Fløtum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Sorin úr Hørg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigurd Jónsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Jens Heri Dam made the kick off in the second half. Sigurd Jónsson came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Seasteading For Freedom's Torkil av Fløtum. But to his dismay, Torkil av Fløtum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Seasteading For Freedom getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Fróði Olsen hit a great ball. After 67 minutes Seasteading For Freedom's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jónleif Djurhuus who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Hunslet's corner Jónleif Djurhuus fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Herbert Matras quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Samuelsen during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Christian Samuelsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torkil av Fløtum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sigurd Jónsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronnie Anghel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronnie Anghel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Herbert Matras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Torkil av Fløtum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jens Heri Dam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Herbert Matras. That made the score 1-2 in the 87 minute of play. Hunslet's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
