After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Goi Vilanova managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Atabal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Goi Vilanova was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roi Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ubarna Benedicto was a little too slow when Cucao Pascual got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cucao Pascual in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto got control of the ball when Ciano Martinez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roi Fernandez came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by El Atabal FC's Goi Vilanova. But to his dismay, Goi Vilanova quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. El Atabal FC were furious when Fortun Planes was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cucao Pascual in the 33rd minute of play forced El Atabal FC's goalkeeper Ubarna Benedicto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto got control of the ball when Ciano Martinez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40thth minute of the game Goi Vilanova who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Palo CF's Roi Fernandez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto got control of the ball when Ciano Martinez tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save El Atabal FC from getting a goal against them.

El Atabal FC's Ubarna Benedicto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciano Martinez in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cucao Pascual in the 56th minute of play forced El Atabal FC's goalkeeper Ubarna Benedicto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastiano Camara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Sebastiano Camara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute of the match Llin Verdaguer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ubarna Benedicto skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the El Atabal FC defense, Cucao Pascual kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubarna Benedicto. The El Atabal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubarna Benedicto should have stopped the shot. Ubarna Benedicto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciano Martinez in the 77th minute of play. Ubarna Benedicto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciano Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cucao Pascual in the 89th minute of play forced El Atabal FC's goalkeeper Ubarna Benedicto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes of play, El Palo CF's Ciano Martinez made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubarna Benedicto was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Atabal FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
