In the 5th minute, Iban Pascual left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ariniz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Feliberto Ricoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sture Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
