The audience was convinced that Sinforoso Zamora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oliver Gomar was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Agapito Calatayud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Gomar. Gabaldon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agapito Calatayud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sinforoso Zamora in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Gomar saved Gabaldon FC from getting behind. Pelerta UD's Sinforoso Zamora got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliver Gomar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sinforoso Zamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Quirce Villa charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quirce Villa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gabaldon FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Quirce Villa hit a great ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gabaldon FC's goalkeeper Oliver Gomar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pelerta UD were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Gabaldon FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Garin Echeto took the corner. In the 30th minute Apat Maestro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ametz Prats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pelerta UD's zone, Apat Maestro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ametz Prats came out of the goal and Apat Maestro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Agapito Calatayud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th play minute Frisco Sanz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Oliver Gomar. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Apat Maestro made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Artzai Quijana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Gomar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gabaldon FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Mauro Companys hit a great ball. Oliver Gomar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sinforoso Zamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Pelerta UD got a corner. Gabaldon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Garin Echeto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Agapito Calatayud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Gomar having to interfere. Agapito Calatayud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Oliver Gomar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sinforoso Zamora fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pelerta UD's protests and gave Sinforoso Zamora a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Sinforoso Zamora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes of play Gabaldon FC's Quirce Villa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sinforoso Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Fresnos got free with Ametz Prats in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agapito Calatayud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Oliver Gomar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Agapito Calatayud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Oliver Gomar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Apat Maestro fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Oliver Gomar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pelerta UD fully deserved thier win.
