Nicanor Frisco was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Donzel Pedraza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Donzel Pedraza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, Lieres AFC's Nicanor Frisco got control of the ball when Donzel Pedraza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicanor Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Neron Zubizarreta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lieres AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Cristiano Alonso scored to the left of an out of position Nicanor Frisco, making the score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mel Fresnos made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Rayo Madrileño's Ion Solo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A hard shot 55 in the game by Cyryl Jarmulowicz from a close distance when the talented Gaizka Carmona managed to make a qualified save. Rayo Madrileño's players were relieved. 55 minutes into the game, Enrique Palencia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rayo Madrileño's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lieres AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rayo Madrileño's Enrique Palencia got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gaizka Carmona didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Cyryl Jarmulowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicanor Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Alonso in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Lieres AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Donzel Pedraza came free, but Nicanor Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Donzel Pedraza made a precise shot to the right of Nicanor Frisco. Lieres AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Nicanor Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Frisco having to interfere. Gaizka Carmona made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Cyryl Jarmulowicz sent off a good shot on target. In the 90thth minute of the game Mel Fresnos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rayo Madrileño's Gaizka Carmona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicanor Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Euloxu Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Lieres AFC's Nicanor Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donzel Pedraza in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Lieres AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Donzel Pedraza came free, but Nicanor Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaizka Carmona came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Lieres AFC's Cyryl Jarmulowicz. But to his dismay, Cyryl Jarmulowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4.
