Emeterio Erosa thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Hector Vuelta, a very annoying self made goal in the 36th minute which led to 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

2-2 became the score in the 54th minute when Fredo Marcos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Liberto Abrego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Navas De San Juan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kutlu Somer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Kutlu Somer came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Club Mont-roig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kutlu Somer couldn't finish the play. Urtsua Litago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredo Marcos in the 67th minute of play. Kutlu Somer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Hector Vuelta made a huge save. Fredo Marcos hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Navas De San Juan succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Club Mont-roig had controlled the match.
