Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ginés Nafría kicked off to start the match. Ginés Nafría recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Canturri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Zuri Camaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zaquiel Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ginés Nafría, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 played minutes Villasevil CD got a freekick which was hit by Gorosti Cao. The supporters of Caldelas booed when Villasevil CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Cuervas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villasevil CD's goalkeeper Zaquiel Martinez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Caldelas booed when Villasevil CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Cuervas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Caldelas's Edur De la Torre broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Rolando Cuervas fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villasevil CD's protests and gave Rolando Cuervas a yellow card for diving instead. Rolando Cuervas kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Caldelas's Gilabert Viqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zuri Camaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Canturri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Cuervas got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Villasevil CD's Rolando Cuervas got a free kick in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faustino Adán during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Faustino Adán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Canturri was the one to do the kick off. Gilabert Viqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ginés Nafría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ginés Nafría received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Zaquiel Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Caldelas getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Micael Rapado hit a great ball. Zaquiel Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ginés Nafría in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Gilabert Viqueira made a precise shot to the right of Zaquiel Martinez. Villasevil CD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Ginés Nafría came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Caldelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ginés Nafría couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Villasevil CD's zone, Edur De la Torre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zaquiel Martinez came out of the goal and Edur De la Torre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Villasevil CD's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
