Musko Huerta started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Loren Noya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 6 played minutes F.C. Rillan got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Abellan. Freddy Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Pablo Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Checa's late challenge caught a Simes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inge Checa helped the player get up and apologised. Inge Checa kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Cleto Millán made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Chico Ricoy sent off a good shot on target. Freddy Idiaquez struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Pablo Esperta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simes. In the 15th minute of the match Walme Duran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Esperta skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chico Ricoy in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cleto Millán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Freddy Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Pablo Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Esperta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musko Huerta in the 26th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Musko Huerta in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Esperta saved F.C. Rillan from getting behind. A collision led to F.C. Rillan getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Inge Checa hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Ruperto Abellan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Millán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes F.C. Rillan got a freekick which was hit by Inge Checa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Abellan in the 44th minute of play forced Simes's goalkeeper Cleto Millán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Musko Huerta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Abellan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Freddy Idiaquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pablo Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Freddy Idiaquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Idiaquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Musko Huerta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Esperta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 played minutes F.C. Rillan got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Abellan. Simes's Cleto Millán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Abellan in the 70th minute of play. In the 71stth minute of the game Musko Huerta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Rillan's Pablo Esperta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Musko Huerta in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Esperta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simes's attentive Manuel Gimeno managed to snatch the ball when Vladimiro Mayor made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Musko Huerta in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pablo Esperta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pablo Esperta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musko Huerta in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Idiaquez got free with Pablo Esperta in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
