If Roque Armada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lecaun SD booed when Manuel Rubio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ametz Barba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fliz Cayuela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Benvide Urbieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lecaun SD's Fliz Cayuela fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Manuel Rubio's Benvide Urbieta got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Mahoma Checa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dionisio Suarez skillfully saved the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Lecaun SD's goalkeeper Jacob Benedicto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henric Gil. Roque Armada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dionisio Suarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Huarte in the 32nd minute of play. Dionisio Suarez came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lecaun SD's Toni Huarte. But to his dismay, Toni Huarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 35 minutes, Seve Duran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manuel Rubio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seve Duran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Roque Armada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manuel Rubio's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Armada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacob Benedicto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roque Armada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henric Gil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacob Benedicto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Roque Armada made the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Suarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fliz Cayuela in the 54th minute of play. Manuel Rubio's Dionisio Suarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fliz Cayuela in the 62nd minute of play. If Roque Armada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Manuel Rubio's Roque Armada in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lecaun SD's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th minute of the match, Fliz Cayuela tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dionisio Suarez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 69 minutes, Benvide Urbieta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manuel Rubio and the Lecaun SD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Benvide Urbieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henric Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Rubio's Dionisio Suarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fliz Cayuela in the 78th minute of play. Lecaun SD's Jacob Benedicto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Gil in the 82nd minute of play. Jacob Benedicto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fliz Cayuela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Suarez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Fliz Cayuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Suarez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Manuel Rubio's Zadornin Maldonado got a free kick in the 88th minute. Jacob Benedicto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roque Armada went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.
