To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Timo Losantos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cisco Iglesias. Alhama Esprings AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timo Losantos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Onofre Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Herrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zernin Aizpurua, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match Baiardo Izquierdo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Herrero skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Amancio Salgado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cisco Iglesias. Alhama Esprings AFC's Cisco Iglesias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eneto Zamora in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
