The audience was convinced that Nikola Maldonado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristobal Verges was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Cristobal Verges made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikola Maldonado in the 15th minute. The supporters of Cheste Futbol Club booed when CB Wombats Albacete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chus Lopez de Toro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Modesto Paris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristobal Verges. CB Wombats Albacete's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Modesto Paris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Nikola Maldonado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristobal Verges. Nikola Maldonado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Galoer in the 45th minute of play forced CB Wombats Albacete's goalkeeper Cristobal Verges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Modesto Paris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cheste Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CB Wombats Albacete the free kick. In the 57th match minute, Cheste Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikola Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. Cheste Futbol Club's Carolo Weterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Foeke Kleiker in the 59th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikola Maldonado in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Verges prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristobal Verges was left in no man's land by his defense there! CB Wombats Albacete's Cristobal Verges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Galoer in the 68th minute of play. Venceslás Campello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Weterio having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, CB Wombats Albacete's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Maldonado came free, but Cristobal Verges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Verges came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Cheste Futbol Club's Nikola Maldonado. But to his dismay, Nikola Maldonado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Cheste Futbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
