Herodes De Pedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陶源然 in the 4th minute of the match. When Figueres F.C.'s Laurens Van Cauwenbergh in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nuevo Santuario's goalie prevented a goal. If Chayo Palomar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nuevo Santuario's Angelino Blazquez got a free kick in the 17th minute. Herodes De Pedro came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Figueres F.C.'s Laurens Van Cauwenbergh. But to his dismay, Laurens Van Cauwenbergh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Stefan Jajecznica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Nuevo Santuario's Tomi Alonso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urtzi Hernandez. That made the score 1-2 after 24 minutes of play. Figueres F.C.'s Laurens Van Cauwenbergh got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Jajecznica in the 29th minute of play forced Nuevo Santuario's goalkeeper Herodes De Pedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Dani Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herodes De Pedro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Dani Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herodes De Pedro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After having played for 34 minutes, Stefan Jajecznica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Figueres F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Jajecznica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, 陶源然 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Nuevo Santuario getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eliazar Clemente hit a great ball. A hard shot 41 in the game by Gaudencio Carballeira from a close distance when the talented Urtzi Hernandez managed to make a qualified save. Figueres F.C.'s players were relieved. 43 minutes into the match, Laurens Van Cauwenbergh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herodes De Pedro. Nuevo Santuario's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laurens Van Cauwenbergh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 47th minute Gaudencio Carballeira suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Ramos Lorenzo's late challenge caught a Nuevo Santuario's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramos Lorenzo helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Amer got free with Urtzi Hernandez in the 49th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Laurens Van Cauwenbergh stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Herodes De Pedro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Jajecznica in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Nuevo Santuario getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bernardo Tormes hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Chayo Palomar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urtzi Hernandez was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Urtzi Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chayo Palomar in the 60th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Tomi Alonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nuevo Santuario and the Figueres F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nuevo Santuario's Tomi Alonso got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st match minute, Figueres F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nofre Sacristán to maneuver through the defense. Nuevo Santuario's Hernán Amer took a good shot, in the 72nd minute, which hit the crossbar above Urtzi Hernandez's head, and flew over the goal. Figueres F.C.'s manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Nuevo Santuario. 75 minutes into the match, Nuevo Santuario's goalkeeper Herodes De Pedro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 陶源然. Chayo Palomar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urtzi Hernandez having to make a save. Chayo Palomar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Urtzi Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute Nofre Sacristán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herodes De Pedro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Figueres F.C. defense, Chayo Palomar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Urtzi Hernandez. The Figueres F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Urtzi Hernandez should have stopped the shot. Herodes De Pedro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Jajecznica, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Nuevo Santuario's goal looked a bit too open when Dani Sancho came free, but Herodes De Pedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Nuevo Santuario's Herodes De Pedro got control of the ball when 陶源然 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Urtzi Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chayo Palomar, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
