Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Melillenses's Filomeno Barro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Altzibar Font charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Altzibar Font the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Agustín Higuera sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Melillenses's Aniol Cardeñosa didn't even have to move. In the 6th match minute, Melillenses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Gandia to maneuver through the defense. Tino De Paula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tino De Paula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Aniol Cardeñosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yader Calatayud during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Melillenses:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LoS cArBoNiLLAs:s goal. In the 15th minute, Agustín Higuera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aniol Cardeñosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 21stth minute of the game Gergori Pascua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LoS cArBoNiLLAs's Gervasio Murcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juvenal Serra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Juvenal Serra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Melillenses booed when LoS cArBoNiLLAs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Pantoja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tino De Paula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Aniol Cardeñosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Tino De Paula made the kick off in the second half. Aniol Cardeñosa was a little too slow when Tino De Paula got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. Gergori Pascua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gervasio Murcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, LoS cArBoNiLLAs's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Barro came free, but Gervasio Murcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Barro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Pantoja kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Gervasio Murcia came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Melillenses's Filomeno Barro. But to his dismay, Filomeno Barro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 79th minute, Filomeno Barro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Melillenses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. LoS cArBoNiLLAs's Gervasio Murcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Barro in the 84th minute of play. Filomeno Barro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Murcia having to interfere. Gervasio Murcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Altzibar Font in the 89th minute of play. Juvenal Serra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aniol Cardeñosa having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
