Etxeberri Erosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frasco Buendia having to interfere. Gabriel Toledo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magdaleno Silva came out and tried to block the shot, but Gabriel Toledo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. After 30 played minutes Campollo SAD got a freekick which was hit by Nicolás Villar. In the 31st minute of the match Beltran Velasco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frasco Buendia skillfully saved the ball. Frasco Buendia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Ponce De Leon in the 32nd minute of play. Ismael Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magdaleno Silva having to interfere. Gabriel Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Campollo SAD got a freekick which was hit by Alatz Zapata. Beltran Velasco was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxeberri Erosa in the 43rd minute of play forced Campollo SAD's goalkeeper Frasco Buendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Campollo SAD got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Canyelles. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Magdaleno Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Xeresa SD booed when Campollo SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolás Villar didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Beltran Velasco from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Frasco Buendia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Ismael Gutierrez came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Campollo SAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Gutierrez couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the game, Gabriel Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campollo SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeresa SD the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Gabriel Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ismael Gutierrez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magdaleno Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magdaleno Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teo Ponce De Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Xeresa SD got a freekick which was hit by Tano Villa.
