La Vega's Ramone Sacristán got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Gabas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgard Gabas was the one to do the kick off. If Edgard Gabas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Gabas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernabel Sobera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Edgard Gabas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 minutes of play, La Vega's Aniol Higuera made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Coira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aniol Higuera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Coira having to interfere. Ramone Sacristán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Coira having to interfere. Aniol Higuera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Coira having to make a save. Algons Valencia AFC's Lucas Coira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aniol Higuera in the 93rd minute of play. Ramone Sacristán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the La Vega players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
