Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aberri Barrientos kicked off to start the match. Romulo Coira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtzi Arias in the 3rd minute of play. Mino Ponte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gau Sierra, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Xicu Verdu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Mino Ponte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xurde Vagrande during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Caracuel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xurde Vagrande to maneuver through the defense. Mino Ponte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xicu Verdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Caracuel's goal looked a bit too open when Xicu Verdu came free, but Mino Ponte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mino Ponte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xicu Verdu in the 21st minute of play. Mino Ponte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xicu Verdu in the 22nd minute of the match. Xicu Verdu struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mino Ponte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Vaduz. When Aberri Barrientos came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Caracuel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aberri Barrientos couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the game, Pablo Estrada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Romulo Coira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mino Ponte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mino Cañadas's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Xicu Verdu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amor Quintas kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Urtzi Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Xurde Vagrande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Xicu Verdu made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Gau Sierra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the game, Apolo Cao recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mino Ponte. Apolo Cao showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Mino Ponte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xicu Verdu in the 68th minute of the match. When Gau Sierra came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Sporting Vaduz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gau Sierra couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Caracuel's zone, Xicu Verdu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mino Ponte came out of the goal and Xicu Verdu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xicu Verdu scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mino Ponte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mino Ponte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xicu Verdu in the 87th minute of play. Gau Sierra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xicu Verdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mino Ponte having to interfere. After some careless play in the Caracuel defense, Gau Sierra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mino Ponte. The Caracuel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mino Ponte should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Vaduz left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Caracuel.
