Fe Incera started the match with the kick off. When Turi Bargas fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moncada's protests and gave Turi Bargas a yellow card for diving instead. Turi Bargas hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Zavier Marcos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Ecija read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Manolito Mora charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manolito Mora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Manolito Mora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manolito Mora hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Juan-Francisco Navas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skizofrenicos fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan-Francisco Navas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The penalty shot was made by Nereo Incera, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Moncada's Abelardo Ecija. 0-2. Xilo Madariaga didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Skizofrenicos fc's Xilo Madariaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fe Incera in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Milton Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Ecija saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xilo Madariaga made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Jago Morientes sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Moncada defense, Zavier Marcos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo Ecija. The Moncada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Ecija should have stopped the shot. If Milton Vadillos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moncada's Abelardo Ecija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zavier Marcos in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milton Vadillos to make the kick off. Turi Bargas got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Moncada getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. With his leg Abelardo Ecija managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Skizofrenicos fc's Milton Vadillos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abelardo Ecija didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skizofrenicos fc's Milton Vadillos shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Skizofrenicos fc made a substitution. Ekialde Espinosa replaced Zavier Marcos. Manolito Mora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xilo Madariaga having to make a save. When Jago Morientes came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Moncada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jago Morientes couldn't finish the play. Rutenio Aceves scored 1-6 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Ecija, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Moncada's Manolito Mora got a free kick in the 89th minute. A collision led to Moncada getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ponc Manzano hit a great ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Ekialde Espinosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skizofrenicos fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ekialde Espinosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ekialde Espinosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milton Vadillos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Ecija having to interfere.
