Oscar Aizpuruas short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Ekaitz Barba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Luesia's zone, Antxoka Campello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ekaitz Barba came out of the goal and Antxoka Campello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Equipo de todos booed when Luesia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Mora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Aizpurua in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ekaitz Barba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oscar Aizpurua hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Luesia's Ekaitz Barba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Luesia from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute Luesia were awarded a corner. Roberto Casals went to the cornerflag to take it. Roberto Casals made a great header on Luesia's corner, it was just that Equipo de todos's Sergio Sainz managed to reach the ball for a save. Roberto Casals's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Sergio Sainz - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 29th minute. Oscar Aizpurua who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Ekaitz Barba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Anartz Helguera made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Sainz. Equipo de todos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Llope Planes to strike the kick off in the second half. Oscar Aizpurua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Sainz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Llope Planes's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Antxoka Campello's late challenge caught a Luesia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antxoka Campello helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Luesia booed when Equipo de todos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antxoka Campello didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Oscar Aizpurua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ekaitz Barba was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. If Anartz Helguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Equipo de todos's Efren Raya was substituted for Erling Jordan. Ekaitz Barba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Aizpurua in the 76th minute of the match. Oscar Aizpurua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekaitz Barba having to interfere. When Anartz Helguera came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Luesia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anartz Helguera couldn't finish the play. Luesia's Ekaitz Barba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efren Raya in the 91st minute of play. Llope Planes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Oscar Aizpurua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Equipo de todos's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Aizpurua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ekaitz Barba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
