The Euromanga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 20th match minute, Euromanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Beloki to maneuver through the defense. Nalo Casta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Typhon Lacorte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25thth minute of the game Typhon Lacorte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Euromanga's Nalo Casta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. One of Real Playa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Euromanga:s goal. The referee gave Euromanga a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucio Beloki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Real Playa's Sylwester Pachucki. 0-2. In the 44th minute, Tato Baeza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Typhon Lacorte hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Playa's Typhon Lacorte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nalo Casta. That made the score 1-2 after 47 minutes of play. After the first half Euromanga were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yuri Velazquez was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Euromanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Velazquez to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Typhon Lacorte made a precise shot to the right of Nalo Casta. Euromanga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 97 played minutes Euromanga got a freekick which was hit by John Ramiréz. In the 98th minute of the match Colon Grau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nalo Casta skillfully saved the ball. Euromanga's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
