Dolfo Ramiréz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Xepe Gene managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saladavieja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xepe Gene was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ritchie Cardeñosa came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Saladavieja FC's Dolfo Ramiréz. But to his dismay, Dolfo Ramiréz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Pavel Curteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolfo Ramiréz in the 10th minute of play forced The Sky's goalkeeper Ritchie Cardeñosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Lopez charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antoni Lopez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dolfo Ramiréz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ritchie Cardeñosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Garibaldo Carballeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaztea Rosas made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Evaristo Puyol. Evaristo Puyol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saladavieja FC's Dolfo Ramiréz got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duarte Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mil Goleš in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Charro Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mil Goleš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mil Goleš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mil Goleš took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duarte Vera. Duarte Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The Sky's Mil Goleš got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as The Sky's Mil Goleš slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Duarte Vera. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. Ritchie Cardeñosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xepe Gene, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ritchie Cardeñosa came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Saladavieja FC's Evaristo Puyol. But to his dismay, Evaristo Puyol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute Ildefonso Fuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dolfo Ramiréz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ritchie Cardeñosa having to interfere. Duarte Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mil Goleš, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 61 minutes into the game, Gabriel Huarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saladavieja FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Sky the free kick. A collision led to Saladavieja FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Gabriel Huarte hit a great ball. Mil Goleš took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duarte Vera. Duarte Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. If Xepe Gene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saladavieja FC's Duarte Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munio Abar in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Munio Abar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saladavieja FC's Duarte Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
