David Tatomir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Ján Čillík made a huge save. In the 4th minute, Tito Verdu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mitos SD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 7 minutes, Ulises Lalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Sky and the Mitos SD players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to The Sky getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ulises Lalla hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes Mil Goleš rounded Mitos SD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Ján Čillík came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by The Sky's Cordareo Camacho. But to his dismay, Cordareo Camacho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Munio Abar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ján Čillík made a huge save. When Tito Verdu fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mitos SD's protests and gave Tito Verdu a yellow card for diving instead. Tito Verdu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, Mil Goleš cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ján Čillík was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Alfonso Albizua in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Sky's Pavel Curteanu. After a rather tough play, Mitos SD's Pastor Illan got a free kick in the 39th minute. Munio Abar struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ján Čillík didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Sky. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tito Verdu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ján Čillík took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Munio Abar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Mitos SD defense, Mil Goleš kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ján Čillík. The Mitos SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ján Čillík should have stopped the shot. After 56 minutes of play, The Sky's Munio Abar made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ján Čillík was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 61 minutes, Mil Goleš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Sky and the Mitos SD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, The Sky's Mil Goleš got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 64 played minutes Mitos SD got a freekick which was hit by Tito Verdu. 66 minutes into the match, Mitos SD's goal looked a bit too open when Munio Abar came free, but Ján Čillík reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ján Čillík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Tatomir in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Munio Abar made a precise shot to the right of Ján Čillík. Mitos SD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Mitos SD's Ján Čillík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Munio Abar in the 74th minute of play. When Cordareo Camacho came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the The Sky fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordareo Camacho couldn't finish the play. Ján Čillík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munio Abar in the 83rd minute of the match. If Mil Goleš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes The Sky got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Curteanu. With 90 minutes on the clock, Joaquin Pascual commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 91st minute, Joaquin Pascual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Mil Goleš ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ján Čillík was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. The Sky walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
