After 5 minutes, Mario Gibert made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Leones de Montepinar's Natxo Pedrosa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Senen Radaban got free with Phenix Wright in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natxo Pedrosa came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Rojals's Merlin Balmaceda. But to his dismay, Merlin Balmaceda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Zunbeltz Cienfuegos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Leones de Montepinar's Gustavo Saez in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rojals's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Mehmet Bedri Teber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mario Gibert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natxo Pedrosa was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Sandro Prieto made a great header on Rojals's corner, it was just that Leones de Montepinar's Natxo Pedrosa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 22nd minute, Merlin Balmaceda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rojals fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Mario Gibert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natxo Pedrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Gibert in the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Leones de Montepinar's zone, Merlin Balmaceda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natxo Pedrosa came out of the goal and Merlin Balmaceda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Gibert in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natxo Pedrosa saved Leones de Montepinar from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Rojals's goalkeeper Phenix Wright had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Senen Radaban. Thanks to some nice moves Senen Radaban could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Phenix Wright however easily saved by the left post. The Rojals fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Rojals's Mario Gibert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Natxo Pedrosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Balmaceda in the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Leones de Montepinar's Juan Vives got a free kick in the 45th minute. Mario Gibert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natxo Pedrosa having to make a save. After the first half Rojals were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Saez to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Mario Gibert put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Natxo Pedrosa. Mario Gibert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natxo Pedrosa having to interfere. In the 59th minute Rojals were awarded a corner. Sandro Prieto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Rojals's Álmos Boda getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Natxo Pedrosa came out of the goal and Mario Gibert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Álmos Boda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th play minute Mario Gibert came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Natxo Pedrosa. 0-7. Rojals's Elpidio Griego was substituted for Pietro Clos. Natxo Pedrosa was a little too slow when Mario Gibert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 80th minute, Mario Gibert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rojals's Vigil Aizpurua was substituted for Zunbeltz Cienfuegos. Merlin Balmaceda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natxo Pedrosa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelines Barba during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
