Irinel Vărzaru came out of the goal and Plauto Quesada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Plauto Quesada got free with Irinel Vărzaru in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Coslada Juniors fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Coslada Juniors's Cristobal Rapado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Columbo Duarte in the 21st minute of play forced Real Murcia Imperial C.F.'s goalkeeper Aloisio Pujol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Real Murcia Imperial C.F. booed when Coslada Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feijo Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Lewandowski in the 25th minute of play forced Coslada Juniors's goalkeeper Irinel Vărzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coslada Juniors's Irinel Vărzaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Coslada Juniors from getting a goal against them. Tomas Lewandowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Irinel Vărzaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Murcia Imperial C.F.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pudes Lillo in the 59th minute. The corner led Real Murcia Imperial C.F.'s Pudes Lillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Irinel Vărzaru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Renato Zárate hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Aloisio Pujol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Rapado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute.
