Theagenis Kabantais kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Alvino Teresa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francesco Gabas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Orlondo Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Kalle Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eleazar Balcells tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleazar Balcells took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalle Pihl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soller's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elpidio Sansone in the 12th minute. The corner ended in Elpidio Sansone almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Racing Almozara's Eleazar Balcells did a great save. Eleazar Balcells came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Soller's Malvin Mata. But to his dismay, Malvin Mata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Pihl in the 18th minute of play forced Racing Almozara's goalkeeper Eleazar Balcells to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleazar Balcells didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boleslaw Szarmach went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Toro Marquez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Racing Almozara's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Boleslaw Szarmach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soller's Kalle Pihl got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alain Pascual got free with Francesco Gabas in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kalle Pihl came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Soller fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kalle Pihl couldn't finish the play. Soller's Kalle Pihl got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleazar Balcells made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalle Pihl in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kalle Pihl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Soller were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Racing Almozara's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elpidio Sansone took the corner. Quilino Orozco's late challenge caught a Soller's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quilino Orozco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, one of Racing Almozara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Racing Almozara. Toro Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 62 minutes Racing Almozara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elpidio Sansone who took care of the corner kick. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Racing Almozara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elpidio Sansone was slow to take the kick. During this time Soller's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Soller's Elpidio Sansone to fire away a dangerous shot which Eleazar Balcells despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Almozara's zone, Boleslaw Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleazar Balcells came out of the goal and Boleslaw Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Boleslaw Szarmach made a precise shot to the right of Eleazar Balcells. Racing Almozara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Pepe Molina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Francesco Gabas. Soller's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Racing Almozara's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Szarmach came free, but Eleazar Balcells reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalle Pihl struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Eleazar Balcells didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soller. Boleslaw Szarmach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleazar Balcells having to interfere.
