Nova Scotia Tigers's Vicente Arata got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wycombe Wanderers's Mikki Duemark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Arata in the 11th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Frederick Stovesberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wycombe Wanderers and the Nova Scotia Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Wycombe Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Frederick Stovesberg. If Søren Grusgaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Nova Scotia Tigers booed when Wycombe Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederick Stovesberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Søren Grusgaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nova Scotia Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Søren Grusgaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nova Scotia Tigers's Vicente Arata in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wycombe Wanderers's goalie prevented a goal. Alan Gildsig kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Nova Scotia Tigers's goalkeeper Eli Graschitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jasper Skærbæk. In the 32nd minute of the match Wycombe Wanderers got a corner. Nova Scotia Tigers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adolf Ahmasen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wycombe Wanderers's Adolf Ahmasen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eli Graschitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Nova Scotia Tigers's Maarek Tek got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Eli Graschitz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adolf Ahmasen. Jasper Skærbæk succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 36th playminute. Leopold Sallingbo charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopold Sallingbo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jasper Skærbæk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eli Graschitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Wycombe Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Arata came free, but Mikki Duemark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heinrich Gedby made a kick off. Eli Graschitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Gedby in the 53rd minute of the match. Vicente Arata struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Mikki Duemark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Scotia Tigers. Søren Grusgaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikki Duemark having to interfere. In the 57th of the match, Søren Grusgaard tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Mikki Duemark got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 59th minute, Nova Scotia Tigers's Søren Grusgaard dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Søren Grusgaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mikki Duemark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eli Graschitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Gedby in the 68th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Søren Grusgaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mikki Duemark. That made the score 1-2 in the 71 minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match, Søren Grusgaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mikki Duemark saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 76 played minutes Nova Scotia Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Alan Gildsig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Søren Grusgaard in the 79th minute of play forced Wycombe Wanderers's goalkeeper Mikki Duemark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikki Duemark was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Vicente Arata capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vicente Arata really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. When Søren Grusgaard came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Nova Scotia Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Søren Grusgaard couldn't finish the play. Jasper Skærbæk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eli Graschitz having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Nova Scotia Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Alan Gildsig. With a little luck, Wycombe Wanderers's Mikki Duemark got control of the ball when Vicente Arata tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Wycombe Wanderers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nova Scotia Tigers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
