Erhard Kongsbak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fc odgaard. Melchior Ukleya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaare Underskov in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Viggo Vibjerg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, fc odgaard's Frits Gatholm got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Melchior Ukleya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Therkel Lundtofte went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the match, Vejen FC's Therkel Lundtofte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melchior Ukleya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Gerdt Nørhald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaare Underskov in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchior Ukleya saved fc odgaard from getting behind. Therkel Lundtofte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchior Ukleya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaare Underskov in the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to fc odgaard getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Gerdt Nørhald hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaare Underskov in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchior Ukleya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Therkel Lundtofte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sofus Todsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Erhard Kongsbak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erhard Kongsbak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Leonhaisen in the 64th minute of the match. Melchior Ukleya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaare Underskov's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After 75 played minutes, fc odgaard's Vagn Braby shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erhard Kongsbak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in fc odgaard reached it. fc odgaard's Melchior Ukleya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save fc odgaard from getting a goal against them. Kaare Underskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Therkel Lundtofte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Melchior Ukleya made a huge save. Kaare Underskov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchior Ukleya having to interfere. A hard shot 85 in the game by Therkel Lundtofte from a close distance when the talented Melchior Ukleya managed to make a qualified save. fc odgaard's players were relieved. Melchior Ukleya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaare Underskov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
