Henrik Løndam charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Løndam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Flensted FC booed when Skellerup was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Løndam didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justin Bjældik during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Flensted FC:s Jari Gardar showed great skill when he stopped Linus Oxe:s penalty. 19 minutes into the game, Skellerup's Linus Oxe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hagbart Lippmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Søren Flemming. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hagbart Lippmann ran back to his position shaking his head. Søren Flemming made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ibrahim Jarvild sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Skellerup's Søren Flemming got control of the ball when Timo Dittrich tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hagbart Lippmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Søren Flemming was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 85 played minutes Skellerup got a freekick which was hit by Absalon Oldenburg. Timo Dittrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute.
