In the 10th minute, Guido Ansatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Untergrub's Jens Holst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Grevenbrock in the 14th minute of play. Jens Holst didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Untergrub:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Teutendorf:s goal. Udo Kreutzer walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a rather tough play, Untergrub's Tim Höfer got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Fritz-Wilhelm Ehnert's late challenge caught a Untergrub's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fritz-Wilhelm Ehnert helped the player get up and apologised. Jens Holst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Grevenbrock, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Guido Ansatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Andi Stiedl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Grevenbrock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Guido Ansatz made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Oliver Grevenbrock's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Holst was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Sascha Vöhringer went to the cornerflag to take it. Sascha Vöhringer made a great header on Untergrub's corner, it was just that Teutendorf's Andi Stiedl managed to reach the ball for a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Teutendorf fully deserved thier win.
