Emanuel Basten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Fehr read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Eutscheid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Mussauer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Basten succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 67th playminute. Jörg Wessendorf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Robin Mussauer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eutscheid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Mussauer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörg Wessendorf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Fehr having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Suttrop FC's Steffen Kilz got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Robin Mussauer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sascha Lintner during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
