In the 4thth minute of the game Heiner Boddenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPVGG Oelde's Mika Hoersch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heiner Boddenberg in the 6th minute of play forced SPVGG Oelde's goalkeeper Mika Hoersch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reiko Klein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Maurer in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, SPVGG Oelde's goal looked a bit too open when Heiner Boddenberg came free, but Mika Hoersch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14thth minute of the game Heiner Boddenberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPVGG Oelde's Mika Hoersch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Levan Bartels was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SPVGG Oelde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lichtenborn the free kick. Heiner Boddenberg scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mika Hoersch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, SPVGG Oelde's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Boris Lapczinski came free, but Mika Hoersch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Lichtenborn's Heiner Boddenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mika Hoersch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 29 minutes, Laurence Nelius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lichtenborn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurence Nelius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reiko Klein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levan Bartels in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurence Nelius in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mika Hoersch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 40 played minutes SPVGG Oelde got a freekick which was hit by Levan Bartels. Mika Hoersch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurence Nelius, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Heiner Boddenberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mika Hoersch was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Mika Hoersch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heiner Boddenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

SPVGG Oelde's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Heiner Boddenberg scored to the left of an out of position Mika Hoersch, making the score, 0-5. Mika Hoersch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moritz Bäcker in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Heiner Boddenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mika Hoersch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurence Neliuss short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Mika Hoersch to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st minute, Ibo Braun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Lichtenborn's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolai Bauer came free, but Reiko Klein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Heiner Boddenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mika Hoersch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reiko Klein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolai Bauer's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Mika Hoersch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heiner Boddenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heiner Boddenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mika Hoersch having to make a save. Mika Hoersch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heiner Boddenberg in the 93rd minute of play. Laurence Nelius came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mika Hoersch could save by the left post. In the 96th minute, Laurence Nelius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lichtenborn's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
