Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diego Orth started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Steffen Minschke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nettesheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steffen Minschke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Orth in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richart Rübin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diego Orth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richart Rübin having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, AS Tarcia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopold Mach to maneuver through the defense. Richart Rübin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopold Mach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Sorg charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Sorg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heiner Kirchberg came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Nettesheim's Horst Starke. But to his dismay, Horst Starke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Nettesheim's Richart Rübin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nolan Bluhm in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Nathan Malotke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Richart Rübin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diego Orth in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richart Rübin saved Nettesheim from getting behind. Leopold Mach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Richart Rübin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Delron Pietsch managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Tarcia's supporters rose to their feet, but Delron Pietsch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richart Rübin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 36 played minutes Nettesheim got a freekick which was hit by Niclas Mauer. After having played for 38 minutes, Diego Orth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 45 played minutes, Nettesheim's Efraim Kuppinger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Heiner Kirchberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nettesheim reached it. Heiner Kirchberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffen Minschke, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Steffen Minschke made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nathan Malotke got free with Richart Rübin in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nettesheim's Richart Rübin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Nettesheim from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steffen Minschke in the 59th minute of play forced AS Tarcia's goalkeeper Heiner Kirchberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richart Rübin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopold Mach in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Steffen Minschke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heiner Kirchberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nolan Bluhm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nettesheim were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AS Tarcia for a fine match.
