The supporters of Cem United booed when San Torino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taketaka Leber didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Dieter Jerat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Torino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dieter Jerat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Cem United's Tom Deckers got control of the ball when Hartmut Hardel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ekkehard Rastätter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tom Deckers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ekkehard Rastätter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Ekkehard Rastätter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cem United's Tom Deckers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cem United booed when San Torino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Blaschko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Konrad Blaschko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tom Deckers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieter Jerat in the 80th minute of the match. Ekkehard Rastätter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dieter Jerat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Deckers having to interfere. Adonis Schimon hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Taketaka Leber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. San Torino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
