Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Keven Mahler took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bertram Hillenbrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Florian Pappert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignatius Fischbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorben Bauermeister in the 7th minute of play. Chris Geibel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Lok Lübeck's Matthias Jungbauer tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Bertram Hillenbrand fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Kirchmann during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 29 minutes into the game, Matthias Jungbauer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lok Lübeck's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aver the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Lok Lübeck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Jungbauer to maneuver through the defense. Keven Mahler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Keven Mahler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Pappert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lok Lübeck's Keven Mahler in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aver's goalie prevented a goal. In the 42nd minute, Lok Lübeck's Keven Mahler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florian Pappert. Florian Pappert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Wolfhard Kluge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ignatius Fischbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guntram Möller hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute of the match Lok Lübeck got a corner. Aver's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Matthias Jungbauer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Aver's zone, Bertram Hillenbrand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Pappert came out of the goal and Bertram Hillenbrand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wolfhard Kluge came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Aver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wolfhard Kluge couldn't finish the play. Bertram Hillenbrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vladimir Zech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florian Pappert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keven Mahler in the 61st minute of play. If Keven Mahler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, Aver's goal looked a bit too open when Keven Mahler came free, but Florian Pappert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Pappert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertram Hillenbrand in the 71st minute of play. When Vladimir Zech fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lok Lübeck's protests and gave Vladimir Zech a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Aver booed when Lok Lübeck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Zech didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Lok Lübeck's Ignatius Fischbach got control of the ball when Wolfhard Kluge tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 83 played minutes, Lok Lübeck's Matthias Jungbauer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Florian Pappert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lok Lübeck reached it. If Keven Mahler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Lok Lübeck players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
