In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laake's goalkeeper Tristan Eplinius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazarus Kraft in the 7th minute of play forced Odra Wodzisław Slaski's goalkeeper Thiago Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Goldmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Eplinius having to interfere. Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Thiago Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinhard Hambückers in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samir Janotta in the 15th minute of play forced Odra Wodzisław Slaski's goalkeeper Thiago Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carsten Balzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Tristan Eplinius made a huge save. Jobst Heinrici's late challenge caught a Laake's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jobst Heinrici helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Odra Wodzisław Slaski getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jobst Heinrici hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes, Laake's Hanno Dautzenberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thiago Pernambucano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laake reached it. Carsten Balzer struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Tristan Eplinius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odra Wodzisław Slaski. Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Carsten Balzer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ansgar Heidrich, made in the 34th minute of the game. When Carsten Balzer came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Odra Wodzisław Slaski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carsten Balzer couldn't finish the play. After 40 played minutes, Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Rudi Labudda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tristan Eplinius came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Odra Wodzisław Slaski reached it. Dennis Goldmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Eplinius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dennis Goldmann ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 minutes Laake's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jobst Heinrici who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jobst Heinrici almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laake's Tristan Eplinius did a great save.

Carsten Balzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Reinhard Hambückers came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Laake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinhard Hambückers couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the match, Odra Wodzisław Slaski's goal looked a bit too open when Reinhard Hambückers came free, but Thiago Pernambucano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Dennis Goldmann in 62 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Tristan Eplinius guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 66th minute, Dennis Goldmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thiago Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Haug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Thiago Pernambucano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Odra Wodzisław Slaski from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Laake getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Michael Jakowitz hit a great ball. If Jobst Heinrici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reinhold Höhne hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Thiago Pernambucano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Otto Haug showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 85 minute of play. Thiago Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhard Hambückers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Haug in the 91st minute of play. Tristan Eplinius came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Odra Wodzisław Slaski's Dennis Goldmann. But to his dismay, Dennis Goldmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Laake players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
