Louis Osterhagen struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Dick Schickmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karakartal1983. Dick Schickmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Keilbach in the 6th minute of play. After some careless play in the Schiavonea FC defense, Lukas Keilbach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dick Schickmann. The Schiavonea FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dick Schickmann should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Osterhagen in the 14th minute of play forced Schiavonea FC's goalkeeper Dick Schickmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Schiavonea FC's zone, Louis Osterhagen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dick Schickmann came out of the goal and Louis Osterhagen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Wilhelm Kübler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karakartal1983's Ernst Bernheim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Wilhelm Kübler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernst Bernheim was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. If Wilhelm Kübler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rudi Hillenbrand came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Schiavonea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudi Hillenbrand couldn't finish the play. In the 38th match minute, Karakartal1983 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hardy Beinlich to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Wilhelm Kübler fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Wilhelm Kübler made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Wilhelm Kübler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Schiavonea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The audience was convinced that Wilhelm Kübler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernst Bernheim was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ernst Bernheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Kübler in the 60th minute of the match. Hartwig Böhmländer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ernst Bernheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rudi Hillenbrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudi Hillenbrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilhelm Kübler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Bernheim having to interfere. Schiavonea FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
