Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Real Madrid CF's Frank Raiser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Röhner in the 4th minute of play. Florian Ressemann hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Florian Ressemann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jukka Rausch having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekkehard Dötsch in the 9th minute of play forced Real Madrid CF's goalkeeper Frank Raiser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Marc-Dominic Rolker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jukka Rausch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lothar Oberbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jukka Rausch having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Real Madrid CF's Marc-Dominic Rolker ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jukka Rausch. Jukka Rausch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Röhner came free, but Frank Raiser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lothar Oberbeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jukka Rausch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Ekkehard Dötsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballkünstler SV and the Real Madrid CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Ballkünstler SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ekkehard Dötsch to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egmont Klich got free with Jukka Rausch in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felix Schütze's late challenge caught a Real Madrid CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Schütze helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Ballkünstler SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Schütze to maneuver through the defense. If Egmont Klich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rolf Röhner made the kick off in the second half. Jukka Rausch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lothar Oberbeck in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Egmont Klich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jukka Rausch was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 57 minutes into the match, Ballkünstler SV's goal looked a bit too open when Lothar Oberbeck came free, but Jukka Rausch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Madrid CF's Lothar Oberbeck was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jukka Rausch in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Rigo Schollmeyer fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballkünstler SV's protests and gave Rigo Schollmeyer a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Ballkünstler SV got a freekick which was hit by Rigo Schollmeyer. Marc-Dominic Rolker might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jukka Rausch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marc-Dominic Rolker ran back to his position shaking his head. Donald Appel kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Marc-Dominic Rolker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jukka Rausch having to interfere. With a little luck, Real Madrid CF's Frank Raiser got control of the ball when Rigo Schollmeyer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute, Rainer Schwer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Madrid CF's Marc-Dominic Rolker got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80thth minute of the game Marc-Dominic Rolker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballkünstler SV's Jukka Rausch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Lothar Oberbeck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 85th minute Egmont Klich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jukka Rausch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lothar Oberbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jukka Rausch having to interfere. Jukka Rausch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lothar Oberbeck's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After 94 played minutes Real Madrid CF got a freekick which was hit by Feodor Schneider. In the 95th minute, Ballkünstler SV's Rolf Röhner ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frank Raiser. Frank Raiser yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1.
