Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Schiavonea FC's Wilhelm Kübler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC KÖLLE's Ronny Krehl got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute Rudi Hillenbrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Holzwart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC KÖLLE's Issey Budden got a free kick in the 10th minute. Schiavonea FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ronny Krehl 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Schiavonea FC's goalkeeper Dick Schickmann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 21 played minutes FC KÖLLE got a freekick which was hit by Toni Wüllbier. 22 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Kübler notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC KÖLLE's Josef Holzwart. Josef Holzwart was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26thth minute of the game Wilhelm Kübler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC KÖLLE's Josef Holzwart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute, Ronny Krehl fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 31st minute, FC KÖLLE's Ronny Krehl ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dick Schickmann. Dick Schickmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Josef Holzwart came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Schiavonea FC's Rudi Hillenbrand. But to his dismay, Rudi Hillenbrand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Dick Schickmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Krehl in the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Ronny Krehl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KÖLLE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronny Krehl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC KÖLLE's Oliver Epp got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 45 minutes, Hartwig Böhmländer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Schiavonea FC and the FC KÖLLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hartwig Böhmländer hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronny Krehl to strike the kick off in the second half. Ronny Krehl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dick Schickmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Epp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Wilhelm Kübler kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Schiavonea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Krehl came free, but Dick Schickmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Schiavonea FC! Ludwig Beuschlein placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Schiavonea FC's Dick Schickmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Epp in the 73rd minute of play. If Rudi Hillenbrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Wilhelm Kübler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Epp in the 80th minute of play forced Schiavonea FC's goalkeeper Dick Schickmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Rudi Hillenbrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 played minutes FC KÖLLE got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Decker. In the 84th minute Mark Weiler managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Schiavonea FC's zone, Hendrik Graumenz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dick Schickmann came out of the goal and Hendrik Graumenz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Oliver Epp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dick Schickmann. Schiavonea FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Epp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 96th minute Ronny Krehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Schickmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC KÖLLE fully deserved thier win.
