One of KF Veleshta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Schiavonea FC:s goal. Mark Weiler shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 10th minute, Wilhelm Kübler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Wilhelm Kübler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KF Veleshta's Zlatan Utters was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Schiavonea FC booed when KF Veleshta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrich Schossow didn't get a good kick on the ball. When KF Veleshta's Marinus Kahraman in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Schiavonea FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rudi Hillenbrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. KF Veleshta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Schiavonea FC the free kick. In the 17th minute, Gregor Thülig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zlatan Utters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Kübler, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marinus Kahraman in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dick Schickmann saved Schiavonea FC from getting behind. Wilhelm Kübler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zlatan Utters having to interfere. After 29 played minutes KF Veleshta got a freekick which was hit by Ulrich Schossow. In the 31st minute, Schiavonea FC's Rudi Hillenbrand dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Rudi Hillenbrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Zlatan Utters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Rudi Hillenbrand got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Wilhelm Kübler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zlatan Utters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rudi Hillenbrand in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marinus Kahraman was the one to do the kick off. If Rudi Hillenbrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Kübler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zlatan Utters. KF Veleshta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilhelm Kübler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoph Leverenz in the 56th minute of play forced KF Veleshta's goalkeeper Zlatan Utters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Schiavonea FC's Rudi Hillenbrand suffered a concussion after 65 minutes and had to leave the field. After 66 minutes, Berthold Stübgen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KF Veleshta and the Schiavonea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in KF Veleshta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Schiavonea FC. Mark Weiler stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zlatan Utters. 3-0. Marinus Kahraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dick Schickmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Schiavonea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carsten Gerstemeier to maneuver through the defense. Zlatan Utters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilhelm Kübler's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Wilhelm Kübler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zlatan Utters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Wilhelm Kübler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schiavonea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilhelm Kübler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zlatan Utters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Schiavonea FC had played much better football throughout.
