The crowd rose to their feet as Winfried Kochert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eckart Eck. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Erik Mört hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jan Butzendorf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vfl-327's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Butzendorf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eckart Eck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michail Ernstberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thilo Wimmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seeon's Eckart Eck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Baum in the 34th minute of play. Pitt Hornung scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eckart Eck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Vfl-327's Winfried Kochert in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seeon's goalie prevented a goal. The wind increased when Winfried Kochert made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Vfl-327's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Hennig came free, but Michail Ernstberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ekpenyong Benkel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Michail Ernstberger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thilo Wimmer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Michail Ernstberger made a huge save. Erik Mört charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Mört the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute Pitt Hornung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eckart Eck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Andi Drobinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eckart Eck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pitt Hornung in the 89th minute of the match. Arno Hennig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seeon's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Vfl-327 had won, even though Seeon had held more of the ball.
