Gerke Hennig made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Noel Wolf sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the game, Ittersbach FC's Noel Wolf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerke Hennig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jaap von Gyldenfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Arne Doderer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ponlehen FSV's Johannes Moos got a free kick in the 27th minute. Arnim Kircher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Doderer having to interfere. Jaap von Gyldenfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Doderer having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Sven Bister threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ponlehen FSV's Leonid Dreyer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Ponlehen FSV's Jaap von Gyldenfeldt got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julius Garczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ittersbach FC's Arne Doderer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Ittersbach FC from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, Ittersbach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaap von Gyldenfeldt came free, but Arne Doderer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Doderer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaap von Gyldenfeldt in the 74th minute of play. Arne Doderer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaap von Gyldenfeldt went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Ittersbach FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jaap von Gyldenfeldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jaap von Gyldenfeldt in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Doderer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84th minute, Sergio Bendel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 played minutes Ponlehen FSV got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Moos. 90 minutes into the match, Ittersbach FC's goalkeeper Arne Doderer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaap von Gyldenfeldt. In the 91st minute Noel Wolf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerke Hennig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Wolf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
