Claus Deling came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Ali Murat Hartleitner. But to his dismay, Ali Murat Hartleitner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ali Murat Hartleitner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Camillo Abertonnen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Heinrich Götze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Ali Murat Hartleitner made a precise shot to the right of Claus Deling. Bentfeld's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Fabian Kern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bentfeld getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Eggert Hägele hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bentfeld's zone, Ali Murat Hartleitner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claus Deling came out of the goal and Ali Murat Hartleitner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Murat Hartleitner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Claus Deling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Kern made a kick off. Fabian Kern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claus Deling having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Murat Hartleitner got free with Claus Deling in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th match minute, FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eidur Neuhausen to maneuver through the defense. In the 68thth minute of the game Camillo Abertonnen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's Heinrich Götze was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Laurent Hinschberger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bentfeld fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Claus Deling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Kern in the 80th minute of the match. Claus Deling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Kern's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Bentfeld's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fabian Kern fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Claus Deling didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 1-5. FC Pirmasens Blau Weiß's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
