A collision led to HejaBVB getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Wolfgang Kriebel hit a great ball. With his leg Jan Kaack managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when HejaBVB's Wolfgang Kriebel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frederik Marohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Kaack having to interfere. Janek Kirch kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Morris Scheer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Rathje, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 17 played minutes HejaBVB got a freekick which was hit by Sebald Schätzle. When Sebald Schätzle came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the HejaBVB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebald Schätzle couldn't finish the play. In the 24th match minute, HejaBVB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederik Marohn to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Laurent Köpsel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nankatsu's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurent Köpsel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Morris Scheer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sebald Schätzle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wolfgang Kriebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jan Kaack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Jan Kaack managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when HejaBVB's Wolfgang Kriebel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 35 minutes into the match, Nankatsu's goalkeeper Jan Kaack had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederik Marohn. Rainer Kain hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Wolfgang Kriebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jan Kaack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 minutes of play, HejaBVB's Frederik Marohn made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Kaack was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, HejaBVB's Sebald Schätzle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan Kaack. Jan Kaack yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Sebald Schätzle hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kai Rathje made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Wolfgang Kriebel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jan Kaack was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Frederik Marohn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wolfgang Kriebel in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Kaack prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Morris Scheer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurent Köpsel in the 64th minute. Wolfgang Kriebel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ned Martin might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Kaack. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ned Martin ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Kaack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebald Schätzle in the 69th minute of the match. When Frederik Marohn came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the HejaBVB fans jumped to their feet. Rodolfo Bruhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wolfgang Kriebel struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jan Kaack didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HejaBVB. Jan Kaack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wolfgang Kriebel in the 82nd minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Walter Roth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nankatsu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HejaBVB the free kick. A collision led to Nankatsu getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. The supporters of HejaBVB booed when Nankatsu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Dresner didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes HejaBVB got a freekick which was hit by Frederik Marohn. Morris Scheer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Rathje in the 91st minute of play. Wolfgang Kriebel might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Kaack. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wolfgang Kriebel ran back to his position shaking his head.
