Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gideon Blech kicked off to start the match. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Otmar Weippert sped through Ruhrpottkings's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pepe Ullmann. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Jonny Krafzig put in a rough tackle. In the 11th minute, one of FSV Spremberg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FSV Spremberg. FSV Spremberg:s Semjon Jahnke showed great skill when he stopped Wolf Seidl:s penalty. Otmar Weippert in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pepe Ullmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Ruhrpottkings defense, Stephan Kozub kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pepe Ullmann. The Ruhrpottkings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pepe Ullmann should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Predrag Schwarzfischer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruhrpottkings's supporters rose to their feet, but Predrag Schwarzfischer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Semjon Jahnke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st match minute, Ruhrpottkings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lion Donath to maneuver through the defense. If Otmar Weippert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes, Franz-Peter Schweer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ruhrpottkings and the FSV Spremberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Ruhrpottkings got a freekick which was hit by Franz-Peter Schweer. Otmar Weippert took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pepe Ullmann. Pepe Ullmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Noel Reinauer hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FSV Spremberg's Stephan Kozub got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Predrag Schwarzfischer was the one to do the kick off. Stephan Kozub received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pepe Ullmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pepe Ullmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FSV Spremberg. Pepe Ullmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Sieben, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FSV Spremberg's Otmar Weippert got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4-0 became the score in the 72nd minute when Otmar Weippert elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Otmar Weippert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruhrpottkings's Pepe Ullmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otmar Weippert in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Otmar Weippert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stephan Kozub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oskar Sieben's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pepe Ullmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. FSV Spremberg's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
