Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erich Auerbach kicked off to start the match. Erich Auerbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Simon von Bülow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erich Auerbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Simon von Bülow made a huge save. Karsten Dehm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedikt Gehling having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Steinhorst FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brix Dürr to maneuver through the defense. Simon von Bülow acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jafar Wohlgemuth. 26 minutes into the game, Erich Auerbach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Simon von Bülow. Erich Auerbach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Kornrumpf got free with Simon von Bülow in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simon von Bülow was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Erich Auerbach capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erich Auerbach really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Kornrumpf kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simon von Bülow. That made the score 4-0 in the 42 minute of play. Benjamin Kornrumpf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Simon von Bülow made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Schmarloh FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Auerbach came free, but Simon von Bülow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Erich Auerbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Steinhorst FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erich Auerbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karsten Dehm to make the kick off. Karsten Dehm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon von Bülow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Kornrumpf, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Schmarloh FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Auerbach came free, but Simon von Bülow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Kornrumpf helped the player get up and apologised. If Benjamin Kornrumpf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon von Bülow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 96 minutes into the match, Schmarloh FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Kornrumpf came free, but Simon von Bülow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steinhorst FSV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
