Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michael Dieler got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Reiko Krosigk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jochen Hilligloh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, SC Altenbochum's Michael Dieler got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Moritz Brechbilder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jochen Hilligloh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 16th minute Reiko Krosigk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jochen Hilligloh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Altenbochum's Jochen Hilligloh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reiko Krosigk in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Moritz Brechbilder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jochen Hilligloh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jochen Hilligloh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiko Krosigk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reiko Krosigk in the 22nd minute of play forced SC Altenbochum's goalkeeper Jochen Hilligloh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jochen Hilligloh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiko Krosigk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Moritz Brechbilder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jochen Hilligloh was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Moritz Brechbilder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jochen Hilligloh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Jochen Hilligloh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reiko Krosigk, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raik Steinmetz in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jochen Hilligloh saved SC Altenbochum from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in SC Altenbochum's zone, Moritz Brechbilder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jochen Hilligloh came out of the goal and Moritz Brechbilder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reiko Krosigk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes, Moritz Brechbilder made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Altenbochum's Jochen Hilligloh tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute Moritz Brechbilder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jochen Hilligloh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Moritz Brechbilder made the kick off in the second half. When Moritz Brechbilder came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the TSV Altenmarkt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moritz Brechbilder couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Moritz Brechbilder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jochen Hilligloh, 0-5. If Reiko Krosigk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moritz Brechbilder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reiko Krosigks short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Jochen Hilligloh to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 72 minutes, Reiko Krosigk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TSV Altenmarkt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reiko Krosigk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reiko Krosigk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, SC Altenbochum's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Reiko Krosigk fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. TSV Altenmarkt's Moritz Brechbilder got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moritz Brechbilder in the 89th minute of play forced SC Altenbochum's goalkeeper Jochen Hilligloh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, SC Altenbochum's Jochen Hilligloh got control of the ball when Reiko Krosigk tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reiko Krosigk got free with Jochen Hilligloh in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
