Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marc Schwab started the match with the kick off. Niels Stamitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcello Rehbach. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niels Stamitz ran back to his position shaking his head. Adam Wilmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Franz Müller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Adam Wilmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Geilnau's Rollo Deutschmann in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Niederholsten's goalie prevented a goal. Marc Schwab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franz Müller having to make a save. 36 minutes into the game, Georges Wächter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geilnau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niederholsten the free kick. In the 36th minute, Georges Wächter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Marc Schwab dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Franz Müller, 1-0. A collision led to Geilnau getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Täve Hiller-Schmid hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rollo Deutschmann to strike the kick off in the second half. If Adam Wilmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Niederholsten's Marc Schwab nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franz Müller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Adam Wilmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franz Müller having to interfere. Franz Müller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Schwab in the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Niederholsten's Oliver Leopold got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Niederholsten's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Götz Kaus was slow to take the kick. During this time Geilnau's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Götz Kaus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Niederholsten's Marcello Rehbach did a great save. In the 79th minute, Adam Wilmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niels Stamitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Geilnau's Reinhard Dinar got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Adam Wilmen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marc Schwab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Geilnau's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Schwab came free, but Franz Müller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliah Boberg kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Götz Kaus took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcello Rehbach. Niederholsten's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
